Details

Dead-Soft copper head gasket for MAP Zero-Deck pistons

Fits:

  • For use with MAP Zero Deck T140 pistons with a diameter of  3.020 to 3.040 inches

Features:

  • Fully annealed Dead-Soft Copper
  • Made in the U.K.
  • A perfect fit every time
  • Gasket reusable with annealing

NOTE:

  • Beware of inexpensive "Asian-import" gaskets.  These gaskets are not fully annealed and to hard to seal properly.
  • Measure your piston outside diameter 90-degrees from the pin at the base of the skirt
  • Please be aware that when using Any Zero Deck piston that the headgasket must never be closer than .010" to the bore or piston will hit causing catastrophic damage!

Hi guys
Above states 0.010" clearance between gasket and bore. Instructions for M.A.P piston kit installation state a min of 0.020" . Which is correct?
