High quality, beautifully manufactured 6061 aluminum alloy pushrod tube. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory steel tube with additional material for adjusting excessive leak-causing seal crush. Accepts factory style wedding band, and seals. As with all of our MAP Cycle manufactured products, these pushrod tubes are manufactured to the highest specifications. Fits 1968-1/2 and later Triumph Bonneville T120 and TR6 Trophy Tiger models.

Will this fit my 65 triumph, Bonneville 650 T120?

Pre-1966 Triumph 650s had a completely different pushrod tube which had a large bottom, built-in, inverted cup. This pushrod tube had a tendency to leak and was revised on later models. We do not carry an alloy pushrod tube for the pre-66 models as the design is flawed.
What can be done is to change out the tappet block as well as the pushrod tube.That way you can use the better arrangement which is less prone to leaking.
If this interests you, please send me some good cell-phone photos of your pushrod tube and cylinder. It's fine if the engine is still assembled.
