Is your 1.5” center muffler clamp correct for my 1970 T100?

The original clamp was part # 70-2771 for a 1970 muffler. We do not have this in stock and you might have a difficult time finding the original 1-5/8” clamp with so many less expensive clamps like this available.
The clamp we have listed (#80-62340 - and the one you inquired about) is 1-1/2 inch –1/8” smaller. I’m sure if you open up the clamp just a bit, you could use it on your muffler. The bolt may be right at the end of the treads though until you tighten it, or it may be possible you might need a bolt with just a few more threads, but I think you’ll be okay.
