Fits a 1971 A65?

1971 A65 BSA - My chain tension changes as the rear wheel rotates from no play to 1 1/4". Is it the chain or the drive sprocket? Neither sprocket is "Sharp" no visible excessive wear.

It is hard to say without first inspecting the bike. My inclination would be to replace the chain and both sprockets at the same time. That would guarantee the longest life. Also, be sure to check the side-to-side alignment of the rear wheel and the rear wheel bearings.
