• For 500/650 pre-unit engines prior to 1956 models, it is best to measure the big-end journal diameter and rod length prior to ordering as many early small journal cranks have now been replaced with stronger ones from later model engines.  Verify that your crank has a journal diameter of 1.6235"-1.6240" (standard) and a rod C-C of 6.5" prior to ordering.
