Fits:

• Triumph Bonneville 1964 -1968.5 (half year) with 1-3/8", 20-TPI (fine thread) screw-in manifolds. Fits splayed heads only. Will not fit parallel port heads.

Important notes about this kit:

• When jetting our carburetor kits, we only use brand new, genuine Mikuni components. We have been setting these kits up for decades. We've provided the jetting that works for the majority of bikes -- from stock to mildly modified engines.  However, due to the nature of engines and the fuel requirements they have, we cannot guarantee perfect tuning for every single motorcycle. Engine modifications, riding altitude, fuel type and ambient temperature all influence fuel requirements which must be met for proper engine function. That's why include we include a range of extra jetting.

• Halfway through 1968 there was a change over to 16-TPI course-thread manifolds. Please make sure of your manifold type prior to ordering. If you have a question, please e-mail us a picture of your manifold.

• The factory air box must be removed or modified.

• Installation of this kit will require that you remove the factory thread-in manifolds from the head, for installation of our included thread in adapters.
