Important Notice - Return Policy

We truly want to ensure your complete satisfaction, however we reserve the right to exchange, credit or charge a handling fee, as we see fit. We are not responsible for mechanics labor, any shipping charges or incidental expenses on returned parts. It is vital that a Return Authorization Number, Copy of the Invoice, along with a Detailed Note explaining the reason for return, be included with any returns, as we are unable to handle any adjustments without these items! Return parcels without Return Authorization will be refused. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

Goods damaged in transit, though rare, do happen. You MUST report damaged goods to MAP Cycle Enterprises, Inc. within 48 hours of receipt. No damage item claim will be honored after that time period. You must have the box and all of the packing materials for inspection by the shippers representative for any claim to be valid.

Goods “shipped as ordered but not wanted”, “ordered in error”, “supplied incorrectly” or found to be “defective upon receipt”, after phoning with the reason of return to receive your Return Authorization Number, may be returned prepaid to the MAP Cycle Enterprises, Inc. warehouse carefully pack and insured within twenty-one (21) days of the ship date for a full credit toward future orders or an exchange for the correct item. If a refund is desired instead of a credit or exchange, a 10% handling charge will be deducted, minimum $10. If the invoice is older than twenty-one (21) days from the original ship date but less than 60 days old, we are only able to issue a parts credit or exchange which will incur a 20% handling charge for parts credits or exchanges, minimum $10 - No Refunds. After sixty (60) days there is Absolutely NO Refunds or exchanges whatsoever.

“Missing” but listed on the invoice as paid, must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. No missing item claim will be honored after that time period. Please check your invoice to make sure you were actually charged for the “missing” item then recheck all packing materials as settling may have occurred. We have a “double check” system in place to verify that all invoiced item(s) have been packed to avoid such errors.

Any returns for credit or refund must be as originally supplied, unused, in “As New” re-saleable condition, in the original box with all of the original packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, etc. along with a copy of the original invoice made out to the person requesting the return. Item packaging must not have been written on or damaged in any way to be eligible for any credit. Electrical parts, of any kind, cannot be returned for refund, only for exchange for the exact same item, and then only if found to be defective upon our testing. Electrical items returned for testing and not found to be defective will result in a $35 testing fee. Please be sure to thoroughly check all components and document your testing prior to requesting an Return Authorization Number. All freight and insurance expenses must be prepaid by the customer.

Goods found to have manufacturing defects during use or after installation can only be exchanged, upon receipt and examination of the return only after a Return Authorization Number has been received and when a copy of the original invoice is enclosed along with a note describing the problem is included with the return. This warranty is limited to thirty (30) days after the ship date except where original manufacturer offers a longer warranty then it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer of the warranty item as MAP Cycle Enterprises, Inc. is not authorized to handle these types of transactions for the manufacture.

If a replacement is required prior to having received it, we will charge for the part along with shipping and insurance upon despatch, and issue a credit for the parts cost toward future purchases upon receipt of the item, examination and approval.

We reserve the right to decline to accept, for return, any goods that have been modified or abused, damaged in shipping, returned without a copy of the original invoice or packing slip and return authorization or returned without charges owing. We do not accept COD’s. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping carton or it will be refused.
