Complete, ready to install bolt on carburetor kit for the Triumph Bonneville

Fits:

• Triumph Bonneville 1968.5 (half year) -1972.5 (half year). This kit will only fit models with a dual carb head that accepts 1-3/8" X 16 TPI (course thread) screw-in manifolds. Will not fit parallel port heads.

Important notes about this kit:

• Halfway through 1968, there was a change from fine thread 20-TPI manifolds to a more course 16-TPI manifold. This manifold was changed again when mid-year 1972 when Triumph switched over to a direct bolt-on manifold (no thread in adapter). Please be sure of the manifold you need prior to ordering. If you have a question, please take a mobile phone picture of your manifold, email it to us and we will help you identify your manifold. 
• When jetting our carburetor kits, MAP Cycle uses only brand new, genuine Mikuni components.  We have been setting these kits up for decades and we provide the jetting that works for the majority of bikes - from stock to mildly modified engines.  Due to the nature of engines and the fuel requirements they have, we cannot guarantee perfect tuning for every individual motorcycle. Engine modifications, riding altitude, fuel type and ambient temperature all influence the fuel requirements which must be met for proper engine function. That's why we include extra jets for fine tuning your motorcycle.
• The factory air box must be removed, or modified.
