Important notes about this kit:

• When jetting our carburetor kits, MAP Cycle uses only brand new, genuine Mikuni components.  We have been setting these kits up for decades and have provided jetting that works for the majority of bikes --  from stock to mildly modified engines.  Due to the nature of engines and the fuel requirements they have, we cannot guarantee perfect tuning for every individual motorcycle. Engine modifications, riding altitude, fuel type and ambient temperature all influence the fuel requirements which must be met for proper engine function. That's why we provide extra jetting so you can fine tune your bike to your particular needs.

•  In 1972, half way through the year there was a change to bolt-on manifolds from screw-in manifolds. This kit includes bolt-on manifolds.  If you have thread in manifolds, you will need the earlier kit (MAP0350/1).

• Typically the 1972-1975 models bikes came from the factory with a dual cable throttle assembly. This kit includes a 1-into-2 cable for later years or aftermarket throttle assemblies.

• The factory air box must be removed or modified.
