High Performance Titanium/Inconel Coated Racing Exhaust Valve

This high performance racing valve is coated with a blend of Titanium and Iconel, to make a one of the strongest and most heat-resistant valves ever produced for performance engineering. The lightweight strength of titanium is well known, but Iconel is part of a family of super-metals known for being extremely oxidation, corrosion and heat resistant. When blended with titanium, it becomes well suited for service in environments which are subject to pressure and heat extremes - such as racing motorcycle engines.

Oversized Valves

• Our oversized valves (OS) are flow tested for maximum performance.
• Oversized valves can also be used to rejuvenate sunken valve seats while correcting valve geometry.
• The OS valve features relocated keeper locations to accommodate hi-lift racing cams and springs. This saves additional machining expense.

NOTE: Always be sure to check piston clearance before installing oversize valves

FITS:

• 1964-73, 650cc T120 Bonneville and TR6 Trophy/Tiger models (from engine number DU 5825)
• 1973-82, 750cc T140 Bonneville and TR7 Tiger models.
• Will not fit TSS models.
