Is this valve spring set for stock cams. If not, what is a good replacement cam?

These valve springs are probably the best replacement you can get for stock valve springs. These are made by KPMI which is know for their high quality. This brand is used by a vast majority of vintage racers. This set is designed to be used with the stock cam or a mild street cam.
As far as a cam replacement, I would need to know how you intend to use the bike. If your intentions are to use this bike on the street, but see a nice gain in performance, I would suggest MAP1000N. It's a great street cam that provides a nice boost to the bottom end and mid-range. This cam can be used with the valve spring set above. I have provided a link for both below:
